Abraham wanted his son Isaac to marry a good woman. He sent a servant to his old homeland, When the servant reached the city were Abraham used to live, he prayed, "Lord, show me the best wife for Isaac. When the young women come to the well for water, let the right one give me and my camels a drink."

    Soon Rebecca came to the well. When the dusty traveler asked for water, she let him drink from her jar. Then she poured out some water for the man's camels. the servant bowed his head and praised God.

    Isaac married Rebecca and loved her very much. That is how God rewarded a young woman's kindness to a stranger.
